Hi guys this is my second grow and I need help ASAP as my first grow did not go well at all. All of my plants died. They don’t seem to get past the seedling stage. I am growing in soil, led lights 900w. I obviously am doing something very wrong. I have attached pictures to how my seedlings are looking right now but I think I might have overwatered them. I can’t seem to figure out what is going on with them and why they start do die again. Anybody that can tell me what might be the problem? And also how to fix it?

thank you so much

What kinda soil

Welcome Daniela97 to 420 Magazine
Below on my post is a link for new members check it out. It will get you to the frequently asked questions and how to start that journal. The journal is the best to start now with those little girls.
Ive never used the soil so I know nothing. Let’s see if @Emilya is on line , I see you watered in the middle of the pot . How big is the pot you have them in ?

I would recommend a basic moisture meter. Its 17 bucks and it will at least tell you if the soil is moist. Typically you should water every 3 days. The meter will help you from over watering.

the prong meters are useless. they are notoriously shit when it comes to accurate readings.

learn to water by @Emilya 's system. if you are a soil grower you will wind up doing something very similar over time anyway. might as well start and get it right from the beginning.

she has a seedling watering tutorial as well. it's a bit different.

watering a potted plant

watering a seedling

there are other tutorials out there but nothing so complete and comprehensive.

also that soil mix is minefield of problems.

learn to grow with a neutral media. you aren't in control of what happens to your plants in that soil.

edit : kill - o - mix lol

I was wondering about kilo mix have never seen it ,Thanks

it's european. guessing similar to a bio-biz. same problems that it comes with. they have a lot of 'organic but not really organic' stuff in europe for cannabis. the market is really kind of a mess.

That soil could be a nightmare.
Sounds rather hot for seedlings.
It doesn't "look" like you've overwatered in these pics.
I would water differently not less.

Water away from the seedling in a circle about 2-3" away from seedling so the roots reach out.

The top seedling appears to be stunted especially if its an autoflower.
If its photo-period it should be ok

it's not recommended for seedlings or cuttings.
then it says the nutes are time release but only good for 2 - 3 wks. yikes.

it is sold as a hydro media though, so likely intended for cannabis even if it's a lot of hoops and contortions to make it work.

Thats rather odd

actually it looks like you transplant at 2 -3 wks. i found the english site. i was trying to figure out dutch and german lol

i can't tell if it's water only after, but that's what i think it is.

from the site :

The daddy of the Atami soil mixes!

Atami Kilo-Mix - Soil is a heavily fertilised mix containing slow release organic nutrients, added worm humus for increased nitrogen content and bat guano for increased phosphorus content and heavy blooms.

Transplant into Atami Kilo Mix after 2 - 3 weeks of growth and only give additional fertiliser if required.

Not suitable for seeds or cuttings.

it's sold as a soil, but i can't tell if it's coco or peat based, or a neutralized soil souped up with organics.

Thank you all so much for the help! ☺️☺️☺️ And yes the soil is european. Over here there are plenty of growshops where they recommended me this one saying I wouldn’t need to put anything else but water for a month.
Also I have to ask about temperature. Sometimes my temperature goes up to 30 degrees celsius, could this also be the reason why my plants are kind of curling down and looking droopy?
