First grow troubles, please help

So everything was going fine at first, plants where growing healthy, then i accidentally overheated them once and now they grow like this. Im growing them in super-soil and i am using the fingure method to check moisture, but they just keep growing like this.
The person to point me in the right direction would be my freaking hero right now (room is usually 22-23C 40% humidity) will provide more pics if needed
