I do worry about spider mites in my climate. Just hate azadirachtin. Found a spot near me with a bunch of ladybugs. Might try that

Yeah ladybugs will serve very well if you can keep them around.
For sure. Will take some more tomorrow.
I thought ladybugs only stick around until they're done eating. Predator mites are another option I'm considering..

Hmmm yeah looks like it could be a pest issue! You will want to look closely all over the plant, especially the undersides of leaves, for the actual culprits. A magnifying device would help, like a jeweller's loupe or a macro lens camera/phone.
Could be thrips or mites or something.
My first mitigating action would be a foliar spray of neem oil! But best to try and identify the pest first.
Second and third look like new growth, the first is looking like the first sings of sex but hard to tell
