First grow - Is this normal?

My buds that are totally covered with leaves have way more thc on them then then ones in full light

I would imagine this has to do with the fact that the more light is given, the more actual plant material is produced that is to say the bud not the resin on the bud. I would hypothesize that resin production isn't decreased as much if at all by blocking the light as the bud matter is. That being said, bud material is weight and weight is money so idk.

The glass shattered on my first grow with my air cooled hood. Went LED and never looked back. Man without that air cooling, you really have problems with heat especially if you dont have an AC

My plants love that led, I'm not sure how much better hps is, but I would imagine it's a big hindering thing.

Hps is great, grows huge buds. Seems like led the quails better, more frost and smells. Finally led is able to compete and sometimes out perform hps. I still believe a hybrid would be best route, both led and hps blended together

I think a CMH/LED combo would be best IMO
