I've done it I've been growing over 20 years I've had 36inch colas on plants I've done tests also I wouldn't remove leavesAgain do your research. Plenty of people have conducted test of growing side by side plants one defoliating and one not and EVERY time, you get bigger fatter buds when you do.

Yes I don't even tuck buds don't need light leaves do the leaves n plant make the bud the light feeds plant etc my most frosty buds are all under leavesI'm by far no expert, but wouldn't tucking the leaves be a good alternative?
