First grow: Having trouble

Hi everyone,
I'm real sorry if this is posted in the wrong bit but I was after some of your opinions please.

Plants at about 4 weeks and about a week ago I noticed the lower leafs (first 3 fingers it made) started browning around the edges and discolor, it was diagnosed calmag was needed! Got that and it worked great. Now the brown has continued on the same leafs but also on the very lowest single finger leafs at the very bottom loosing colour oomf and going brown. What causing this as the top of the plant is really strong!

Sorry guys.
So 300w LED 24/7
Temps hold between 22- 27°c daily
Humidity 42-53%
Biobiz light mix + extra purlite (5ltr pot)
Nutes:
Biobiz grow, bloom, top max, root juice
Cal-mag (all organic)
I had a problem early on with over watering so hold back alot more now and normally water/feed every 4-5days, the moisture likes to stick around.
The feeding pattern has been a bit sideways due to not knowing the reason for the Browning but have always been a low feeder.
Now trying to stick with 500ml water PH 6.5 to help carry on the cal-mag.
0.8ml bio-grow ( worried if may be nitrogen def)
0.5ml cal-mag (dosage is brands recommendation)
1ml root juice
Trying to keep water to a low rate due to the medium liking to hold onto it.
Last week started with low stress bending which it has taken to very well and now really taking off!
Cal-mag was needed because when it first came about I had brown spots on the worst erected leaf. I got a calmag that can be used foliar aswell. I watered introducing the cal mag, with a mix of very low nutes last feed and foliar sprayed a day later which solved alot of the discoloration I was having and slowed the Browning down. 1 week ago.
