First grow, Can I save her?

Hey guys! I started a grow about 3 weeks ago.

I had a bag over her for moisture but I took it off to put her under light, the next day she looks like this?

Soil is still damp but the soil is miracle grow (I know, first mistake) I have FFOF at the moment but I haven’t put any in her pot as of yet. Not sure what to do, I was hoping someone with more knowledge knew what to do!

What happened was she was soft from the high humidity or RH in the bag.
She dried where it was soft.
Most seedlings don't need covered.
Unless your room rh is way too low.
Mist her a little and she will recover if she still has leaf matter that's green.
If you do it that way again you take the bag off for an hour at a time to let her acclimate.
Keep posting pics so we see how she does.
Miracle grow isn't terrible but you will need cannabis nutrients still.

Thank you!!! You are spot on because literally the spots that are dried out are where little droplets of water were. Im misting her tonight! Thanks again man
