First Ever Tent Grow Using CFLs

Hey everyone! Long time no see but hey I'm back! Not only that but I've upgraded considerably. First I got a new tent that is huge also got myself a full filtration setup and all. Working on setting up my HPS and ballast next

Anyway so here is the breakdown.

Growing currently:

Veg: Strawberry Cough, Purple #1, Afghan x Lemmon Skunk (all fem)
Flowering: Utopia Haze, Lemmon Skunk, Buddha Haze

Using soil: FoxFarm OF

Light Source (flowering) 3 CFL light fixtures running half day bulbs half 6500k (Veg) 1 CFL fixture running 4 6500k bulbs

Filtration: Carbon Filter with ducting , running fan on the outside.

Nutrients: FoxFarm Grow Big & FoxFarm Tiger Bloom all water PHd to 6.3-6.5

Ok so this is just a quick update and go course I have a question for you that might help solve my problem

Things I need help with! So what happened when I started my seedlings is the Afghan ended up having the shell stuck on it and when it fell off it took most of the plant with it and left this one what looks to be cotyledon.. So any idea what to do or if she will recover at all?
