First Ever Grow

Is this just more leaves forming. Looks different to how it usually looks?!?!

Yes, it will eventually be a bud site. It looks fine, just young leaves. :thumb:
 
Looks to me like the tips of your roots are sitting in water. Hows your drainage? Can u tip a pot right now for like 30 secs and get more than 5-10 slow drips? If so your likley poolingwater in your pots. I drilled more holes and still had similar isssues. Wasnt untill i added a layer of lava rock, and tip my plants a bit after each watering to clear em out a bit more. I dont take everything, but i also only get 3 or 4 slow drips. Of course within an hr or two i dont get that even but hey, i wont scold them for finishing their meal.
 
I assumed it was a picture under LED's so I wasn't looking at the color, just the leaf structure. :Namaste:

Hi peeps. Been a while. My phone somehow logged me out of tapa talk therefor I never got any of these replies come through. Hey Ho never mind. Thanks for all your replies. Spent a good hour up there tonight. Draining the water out of the trays. Changing the water in the pots etc etc. There all coming along well and I am starting to wonder as to when I should do the switch over to 12 12 only because I heard your plants double in size in flower if nor more and I just don't know what I am gonna do about the room if that's true lol. I'll upload some pics of how the girls are doing and u can all tell me what you think
 
They look nice and healthy! Yes, they usually double in size when you put them in flower. You can control some of the growth through LST (low stress training). I've done that on most of my girls to get more bud sites, and control growth. :thumb:
 
Is there a possible way that I could check 2 c my plants are female only coz the pe was given to my by someone who said they were but I just wanted to make sure
 
Here's a few pics and a little update. Switched to flower Saturday. Can't deal with these girls getting much bigger tbh and I know they still will. I think the flowers are starting to show but this is first time round for me so I don't know. I also got some pk 13/14 but don't rly know how much to add and if it's gonna show up on my ec meter etc. Iv finally bought a tent which I can't wait to get because my loft is now stinking. I have everything else that goes with it. Inlet fan. Carbon filter ducting etc etc. Here's a few pics anyway. It's a bit of a mixture. Any feedback is appreciated

I just had a look at yours to m8. They seem to be doing well also. I switched over to flower Saturday. I was wondering on some sort of time frame of when I may see the flowers come through roughly if u could shed any light on it at all
 
some take longer than others. usually sativa takes a bit longer than indica, especially when it comes to finishing as well: sativa usually takes longer.

Another variable is how long they were in veg/how mature they are. Like 2 of mine showed pistils even in veg, but it's showing they're somewhat mature...the more mature usually the quicker the flip.

Realistically you're probably looking at 1-2 weeks [from flip] until you start to see pistils popping up er where. Good call on the tent/filter. I need to get on that asap lol. I'm not even in flower yet and it fills more than half my house
