Finding a good PC fan controller

Hi forum. Currently redoing my Pc grow station(dropped it) so i now need a proper fan controller. The thing I actually need is a 220 volts fan controller for 3 fans.

Although it is impossible to find on ebay or amazon.co.uk.
Since I dont use a Psu I need something with a plug.
If anyone has any ideas or help it would dearly be appreciated

Have you had a look around the DIY section of 420 Mag? There are alot of wonderful and creative threads, im sure you can find what you are looking for in there.
