4 plants turned stress hermy seeing male banana sacks lower lots and seeds on small buds. Should I cut and salvage some or let them finish? I don’t need the seeds. Will the buds grow more or ripen. Still tons of white hairs

1st time growing so kinda a trial learning experience to adjust for a small grow room. Was cruising until flowering and now it’s a battle. Would like to salvage the buds for personal use. Will the buds keep developing or is it all seeds at this point? Also have had this on one. Brown dots on middle of fan leaves.
