Those aren't pistils?
No they are stipules. Both males and females have them. Your preflower will show by the stipule.

My plants are on their fourth week how long tell you think I can determine the sex
Are they photo or auto? What your light cycle?
They'll show in the next few weeks possibly.... only option is waiting.. good luck man

You might not see sex until flipping to 12/12. Some will show during veg some wont.
