Female Kushage dieing Help Me Please

I have a female Kushage that stands about 3 feet tall under a 40000 Lumen Sunblaze HO T5, with 2 Grand Daddy Purples, 2 Grape Ape, 2 Jack Herer and 1 Sweet Tooth.

This is happening threw out the entire plant.

Nutriets used:
Blood Meal
Bone Meal
Rock Phosphate
Azomite (Micro Nutrients)
Bat Guano

Looks like Potassium deficiency. May caused by having high calcium, ammonium nitrogen, and sodium. Add more K!

I also forgot to add in she is in a 5 Gallon Fabric Pot, room Temp 74 degrees, room humidity 54%, Lighting Position is about 1 foot about the plant
