feeding, when to start

I'm 5 weeks into this grow, the soil is miracle grow indoor potting soil.they just started to drinking more water.i was watering only once a week but I watered on Saturday and the buckets are kinda light today.so is it time for newts? I have some seabird guano I can feed them.

Dosent sound like nutes but more of a soil additive

If that's all yer using you'll have issues in flower,no K in it hardly

I only use this in veg, once flowering starts I switch to fox farms fertilizer

it's just so easy to over do it, I'm trying not to repeat my past mistakes

Personally

If your not doing a Living Soil, sticking to nute lines is yer best options

Those three Fox farm jugs are each additives not a flowering line of nutes

I use GH Flora Trio and been using Mega Crop in some soil testing lately

Full line nutes like the GH or Fox farm Trio will give you better results then random items tossed together

I'm surprised you haven't tried MC for hydro yet. That's really where the cost savings can add up quick!

I haven’t ran into particulates.

Only thing I don’t like is the slight root staining. I can work with that for now though.
