Feeding and watering cycle?

Hi,

My question is about feeding with nutes and just watering. Im curious about people watering/feeding activity. When I water, I alway water with nutes (feeding). but I have seen people feed, water, feed, water cycle. Could anyone explain or does this? I tried researching but no luck. Any help would be great. Coco/perlite is the media.

I feed with every watering in coco, i only use plain water when im flushing Or have a problem.
I think the feed, water, water, feed and so on is in soil, still not figured this out myself yet either so it would be nice if someone else could clear this up.

you are exactly right. i grow soil and water water feed. also water every two days

Cheers healingkronic, why is it like that with soil though, does the soil hold on to the nutriends better or what...?
