Can anyone indicate or suggest why one one plant the fan leafs are curling

Nice looking sativa.... Could be heat or light stress but think it’s too much curl for that also kinda looks like hemp mites or broad mites me thinks..... but lets ask @bobrown14 to jump in here
Can you snip a leaf and scope it front & back for mites or eggs.... do you have a jewelers loupe or mini microscope?

No I done .... yes would be good to hear from other growers
Seeing it is at the top it must be light heat stress! The leaves closest and most exposed to the light are stressed you need to move the light back and get more airflow.
Ok it will still help to get a $12 loupe or $30 usb digital microscope from local grow shop or online you can use it for bugs /eggs and viewing trichs for harvest. In meantime maybe download smart phone app called magnifyer, uses cell phones on board camera to get digiscope pics, snip a few fan leaves and check front & back sides. Many of the insect eggs can’t be seen with your eyes.... I’d still check for them
If the leaves are glossy then mites if they are not glossy and maybe dull it is heat stress.
Yeah at least they are not blurple but still not the best to pics to troubleshoot.

yes, that’s Deca the 10 armed chick, she’s been vegging since august. Just flipped her over, it’s just a Hawaiin Haze cbd but I’m hoping to do right by her. She’s in a 3 gallon and I’m going to set her on a 16 gallon to finish up
