Fairly large budget Grow room help

I have been relentlessly searching this site for the last month I have decided to start my operation what I have so far.
Goal: high yield (25 lbs - 50 lbs a month)

System: SOG or Scrog *soil* (I have a nursery grower getting me the best soil he can.) It will be a perpetual sysetem

Seeds: Feminized northern lights mixed with big bud
-Will have 5 mother plants clone from there

Space: A *3 br house for growing only*
Basement 40x20 all space is aval
Mother plants will be kept up stairs in separate room
2 br for drying upstairs

Lighting: 4 1000 watt hps xxxl magnum reflector
1000W HPS Magnum XXXL Reflector 6in or 8in Grow Light Kit - w/Choice of Ballast

Venting: I want to vent through the sewer any suggestions on fans (I am horrible with the intake and venting stuff suggestions would help.

Oder control: (2) Air Tiger

So far this is what I have any suggestions exp on good fans or exhausts. Can this set up grow over 25 lbs - 50lbs a month? If not what can I do to make that possible? I try to use the search button as much as possible but I need some direct feedback. Thank you for your help.

I often set unrealistic goals for myself, as I feel it always gives me something to shoot for. However, these are always personal goals that I rarely share. Since this will be your first grow, I would suggest setting a goal of simply getting a few plants to harvest. Many first time growers never even make it to the bloom phase, let alone harvest.

What is your REAL goal? Is it to produce quality meds, or is it to try to get rich quick?

Space: A *3 br house for growing only*

You'll need more space in order to approach 25 pounds a month.

Lighting: 4 1000 watt hps xxxl magnum reflector

You'll need MUCH MUCH more light to approach 25 pounds a month. I know of one operation that uses a 1000W & two 600W lamps to produce not quite two pounds per month.

If you're going to vent into the sewer, then what is the purpose of the Odor Control?

Im sure people come on here all the time with crazy ideas of growing a million plants and making a billion dollars. i am not one of those people. i have $15,000 to work with as well as a house on a farm i recently acquired. (cannot grow outside bc of winter right now) my Cali connect fell through and can no longer send me medicine. I reluctantly tell you my primary goal is to make money. i say reluctantly because i do not want to offend the people who have a passion for growing these great herbs. With that said i feel as though this is going to be a great journey in which i get to watch something i planted and nurtured turn from a little seed to a sticky fire bud.

More space is a problem in the winter as i only have a 3 br farm house with a basement, wait I HAVE A DETACHED garage on that property (forgot all about that) . i might be able to use that as a dark room or a extra grow room.

Thank you for the advice i will buy 4 more 1k lights. Get as much as i can in that basement. is their a rule of thumb. watt per square foot?

2 felonies and a desire not to go back to jail.

i have a Horticulturist on the pay roll. This person will be taking care of the plants when i am not around and he will also advice me on what to do. it is technically my first grow and his first marijuana grow. im sure we have a good chance of getting some good buds with the help of all you guys

You'll never push enough air through a sewer pipe to vent the whole grow. That much power going online at once may get noticed as well as the heat signature.

smell is my main concern. Im not too worried about electricity bc it is not a gas house it is all electric and nothing other than the heat and lights will run off electric. no one is living in this house. i have not had a chance to check out the sewer but bc it it a farm house there might be a septic tank which could arise problems the house sits on 3 acres but across the street is a neighbor hood so im not too thrilled about venting out the chimney. once again any suggestions

Raise skunks in a pen out back and vent to them. An ozone generator to a chimney vent. Big charcoal filter.

Though skunks don't smell unless they feel they are threatened.

Sounds like you need to run sealed. Buy a big AC, Dehuey and Co2 Gen. Seal it up good and run CEA.
