So heres a question, is it okay or safe to use epson salt as a nute while im using my general hydroponics 3 step in soil regularly.?

The question is why? First what Is your PH and do you use cal mag? You would benefit from reading some of @Emilya journals as well. Good luck
Epsom salts are around 10% magnesium and 13% sulphur. No magic apart from that.
So realistically you need to be able to figure out how much magnesium and sulphur is already in the plant’s diet and then decide from there whether you need to add more. One way to do that is by running the amounts of your current feeding mix through a nutrient calculator such as Hydro Buddy.
In reality it’s fairly difficult to overdose with either of those elements, but unless you think that you are deficient in them then there’s no point trying to fix what isn’t broken.
