Ok basically like the title says, i have a cfl 68 w equiv to 300 w soft white but it has a lumen out put to 4200 would that be goodbfor flowering? I already have then on 12/12 please help before its too late, thanks
you need to add a lot more info... first off, how many plants,
second, how big of plants?
third, are you doing any LST?
fourth how far away is the light?
that one bulb is about enough to keep a small small flowering plant alive with minimal yield. you want at least 100 watts per plant minimum when it comes to cfl, and multiple 23-26 watt bulbs work better than large wattage bulbs.
i did a cycle with a 250 watt cfl grow light that cost me $120. vs 10 26watt house cfls that cost me $32 , and the house cfls outperformed.
