ED FORCHION SUES NEW JERSEY FOR 4 MILLION DOLLARS

While on parole, as the result of a totally "UNFAIR TRIAL" resulting in a plea bargain only he honored, Ed "njweedman" Forchion decided to appear in three "POLITICAL ADVERTISEMENTS" arguing for changes to U.S. drug policy. These ads were 1st Amendment protected speech. When his parole supervisor got wind of it, he had Ed arrested claiming the "njweedman" was advocating criminal activity. Ed said, they advocated a change in the law. He remained jailed for FIVE MONTHS. It took an order from a Federal Judge to get Forchion released.
