Early Miss week 7 no buds?

I planted two early miss seeds from the same package. Both are 7 weeks old from planting. One is flowering very nicely and the other is just showing pre flowers and getting bushier everyday.

These were early miss auto flowers. Both seeds from the same package.
Anyone have a sugestion on what i should do?

Not much to do, just give them time. There is genetic variation, even among feminized seeds.
