Dying seedlings - OG Kush/Haze

My babies aren’t looking to hot

Hoping for some advice on my dying babies

CaliOG/haze
600WLED
Soil grow(neutral PH soil)
Roughly 2tbs-1/2 cup water/day
Indoor-tent-4x4x6
Temp 75
Humidity 60-65

Plants popped fine but not liking the tent
One died 3 days in and the others haven’t grown at all hardly and it’s been a week. They should have more leave at this point I think. The two leaves they do have are turned up and the stalks look purple. I’m sure this is an obvious sign to some but I have no idea where I’m going wrong. Can anyone please point me in the right direction? Once I’m a pro at this I’ll be sure to return the favour(Canadian eh)

I'd let the dry out a bit. Shouldn't have to water everyday. Let them suck up the water each time.
