I cant figure out y my plants keep dieing I got 1 I have harvested and am trying to reveg but it's about dead I can not figure out y idk if it's too much light or water please help

Looks to me like you took way too much off at harvest. I've never reveged but have seen my friends and videos on the subject.
My friends usually leave all the popcorn buds on and revert back to VEG. 18/6 Light cycle.

My advice is pop some seeds, my friend. That plant ain't coming back.
