dying but not

I have 3 seedlings about 2 weeks old. Ever sense germ 2 have looked great and they transplanted into the cups perfectly. However one of them has really shriveled up looking leaves and elongated real bad compared to the others, but they all germinated and transplanted the exact same this ones just weird.
Also it takes in water the same and is still alive with the others. Its in rotation, same light and dark and all. I dont get it.

soil came out of the same bag as well.

could have been mishandling durring germination? or maybe not enough light to that plant, or too much direct heat. i would wait and see. that's odd. same water and all? and you are using distilled water, right? not tap water

yeah you don't need any weaklings taking up any space in your grow room. Just Pluck it out and forget about it.

Like mcbuds said sometimes you get a runt of the litter, or it could possibly be a mutant. grow it out and see what happens.
