Do auto's get enough light 18-6 on bloom led

Hi Duse, and welcome to the forum.

I grow only autos, and I have always used 18/6 light cycle. I have an LED with a bloom setting. You can use the bloom setting from beginning to end, BUT I use only the growth setting until about day 28, then I add the Bloom.

18/6 isn't bad but many breeders recommended a 24 hour light schedule for auto's. MJ is C-3 plant and doesn't need to sleep. It can literally grow 24 hours a day. Since auto don't get a lot of veg time, breeders recommend a 24 light schedule to help auto's grow faster and produce more.

Thanks The 24 light sounds good. One nuance ,is it better to run led on veg or bloom, answer would be nice.
