Good looking out Tomuk17 I really was not looking forward to cutting that precious top right now but if bending her down does the same effect then I'll keep doing that. Thank you so much.

Once topped like Tom said, it manipulates the plant to think the side branches are all the main cola. Focussing all its energy on the other internodes as well as the second third internodes off the main internode. It’s completely up to you if you want to cut it or not. I know what your going through. Topping my first time I felt so stupid cutting good growth off. I now do it with no hesitation.

It's probably the best thing you could do to a plant otherwise they're an odd shape and the plants don't get the best light, I've got a side by side at the moment of a topped and trained plant vs untopped left alone plant, your choice though mate

Well Sheila is a test/guinea pig so I'm doing things to her I would not normally do and I know topping is an essential part of any plant when you're gardening. So I'm going to leave it alone unless she gets in the way of the light too much. Then yeah topping her. But in the future Delilah's revenge and Acapulco gold will be topped and trained. I'm trying to push the limits on yield for a single plant in a small space.

So I woke up and decided I needed more floor space so I moved the fan up to the ceiling and gave the seedlings better lighting.

I just want to be clear. If I wasn't doing this to my plant it would be growing even faster and by "this" I mean the aggressiveness of my training???

I will in just a few minutes. I'm getting ready for work. Why am I removing the stakes? Is it the restraining or a matter of height? I just want to know the reason behind it.

You need to get the leaves up cuz they will get mold on and you don't have to remove your stakes that's upto you but if you look through my journal I have a lemon plant that got tied down like yours and it didn't like it at all but when I just let it grow it went mad and grew rapid
