Do you have a light now?
If so what one?
What area are you trying to light?

The more info you give the better your answers will be ... did that sound like Yoda?

Hi everyone,
I currently use a HPS 400 watt light, but find it is too hot to run in the summer months. I have a space that is 3'x3'x7'. I would like to grow2-3 plants year around; and believe this could be successful with an LED system.
I have looked at Advanced, GS, and now DormGrow. I have learned much from this site; and I value your experience and wisdom.

IMO The Advanced Diamond Series LED`s can`t be beat.

I have a space that is 3'x3'x7'.

3' x 3' is a tricky size. I might suggest 2 or 3 small lights or clusters. The reason for that is you may have varied sized plants and could adjust for that and or you may want to use one for side light. If the plants would be the same or trained with a screen one bigger panel would fill the space ... but no side light. Heat will still be an issue with that small a space but much less with LED.

I would think a single GS300, or a pair of DS200's would rock a 3x3 space. Here's both combos in my 51" x 22" x 48" tent:
