Does this make this whole plant a hermie or is it just a super rare occurrence?

Never seen a Fan leaf petiole grow nanners, calyxes, pistils and fan leaves like this lol. I removed it. Didn't see anything anywhere else. This plant also split its main stem in early veg before it popped to stretch. She's also taking longer to flower than given by the breeder. The other Cream Caramel Auto I'm growing is week 9 and finishing up on time.

I think it's just a mutation. You can Google cannabis mutation and you can find it there.. I like when they mutate make more interesting. I have a mutant in my current grow.. don't think it's hermie..

I had a fan leaf with a calyx a year or two ago. Pretty cool. A mutation.
