Does CBD fall to the bottom of a cook

Sooo last night I made some CBD coconut oil tincture in the slow cooker. After all said and done I took the finished product and left in a glass bowl to cool for the night. This morning when I went to transfer it into some tinctures I noticed when I got to the bottom of the bowl there was some pretty thick dark looking liquid(for lack of better words) on the bottom.

So I am wondering if this the CBD concentrate and it separated from the coconut oil once cooled??? So my first tinctures has no or little cbd?

I dont know too much about the process, but it seems that is probably greenage from the plant. Still use it to cook/bake with!
