Do bigger pots mean bigger yields?

Wanted to up my pot size to get a bigger yield any tips?
Good morning @Manchester2020 hope your having a good day my friend.
I prefer air pots, 5-7 gal depending on veg time.
Roots grow like crazy.
And the buds are always plentiful.
I also add Bokashi and insect frass when uppotting.
Fungi and microbes keep roots healthy happy.

Stay safe

Hello - depends entirely on your light and space and what you are growing
What size of plant do you currently grow in what size of pot?
Are you space limited, ie in a tent?

short answer is yes.

you might have to adjust a couple things if indoor. ie : length of veg if growing photos. lst etc.

what’s up Manchester?

Yes the potential exists - now to quantify that.

Generally speaking for soil grows bigger is better…. (bigger container = larger volume of soil….. bigger roots = bigger fruits)

Just using a 45 gallon grow bag doesn’t guarantee a larger harvest unless the grower has the skill to coax out a bigger plant and therefore a bigger yield.

To say it differently…. a crappy gardener will prolly still grow a crappy plant regardless of container size.

edit to add 2 points

1) wasn’t suggesting you are a crappy gardener.
2) Emilya has written great articles on timing of upcans….
