Looking at cold pressed neem oil, anyone made a spray from this type of concentrated oil?!

Add to water and add a few drops of soap - preferably horticultural oil or what I use, Dr Bronners unscented liquid soap. Add them to water and shake your prayer vigorously. Spray some shake some... done. Rinse your sprayer out with soap and water after each use.
I use 1 tsp/1 liter water. I use Ecos plant based dye and perfume free dish soap (surfactant) and apply once a week up to 3 weeks to harvest. DynaGrow cold pressed Neem is what we buy.
Can make a tea with Neem Cake - like hot tea with 1/4 cup neeem cake per quart hot water

That sounds awesome! Does it need a surfactant like the oil, or that is not a concern when we brew it according to your method?

I think heat deteriorates neem. I use Dyna-gro neem w/Dawn dish soap.
Same stuff i use and method. It works. I like any DIY idea. I am like a moth to the flame.
No need for surfactant.
Heat does not deteriorate this will work and since I already have the neem cake thats what I use when I need something really strong instead of spending money on chemicals.
