so its not the prettiest looking thing but for 20$ it gets the job done
Heres a list of materials
(all bought at Home Depot)
-36'' long Half Stack Duct (In ventilation section, they are shaped like an L kinda.)
-8x8 angle iron (Pretty much a large "L" bracket that holds everything together)
-4'' Metal Square Electric Box
-1/2'' MC connector (For the ballast wires)
-M59 Socket
-(2) 1-1/2'' angle iron (small "L" bracket)
- Pack of long #8 Screws with nuts
-4' square metal blank plate
So i cut the stack duct in half so i could slide the two pieces together and form the wing reflector, then i drilled out the holes i needed for the bolts. You need bolt your M59 light socket to the outside of the metal box with your bolts and nuts. Connect the 1/2'' MC connector (for the ballast wires), run the ballast wires if you want and put the blank plate on. The pics aren't that good quality but its fairly simple, i don't have much if any fabrication skills and this took me an hour to build. Good Luck!
