Hi all, we have 2 plants going on 4 weeks in 6g dwc, 2-120w led fixtures, temps 70-89, rh 47%-52%
We use r/o water
Right now 640 ppm
50ml botanicare pro grow
15ml botanicare pure blend tea
5ml Skunk labs silica
15ml cal/mag
12ml Orca
15ml hygrozyme
30ml hydroguard

This week at water change ph was 5.3 two days later ph was up to 6.2!
Topped off with .5 gal r/o and pulled ph down to 5.9
The next day ph was up again to 6.1.
The following day ph was down to 5.9 again and has been going down by about .2 everyday since.
Our leafs are showing signs of stress and not sure if it's ph or something else.
Roots and res look and smell fine.

Can someone enlighten us to what's goin on here?

I would recommend investing in some ph up&down. Try not to let the ph drop below 6, but fluctuations are normal for the plants to obtain all the nutrients necessary to stay healthy.

keep in mind this is hydro, and the proper pH range is 5.5-6.1.... the above advice was valid for a soil grow, not DWC. Try not to let your pH get higher than 6.1... center it on 5.8 as closely as you can. Follow the left side of the following chart:

We try not to let it get above 6.0. That's why it goin up each day was alarming.
When we add nutes back to the rest we'll bump up the ppm to 600's.

Do we need to worry about 2 plants in the 1 res, would the roots compete for the space?

Sure, they will compete... but if you keep up with their water/nute needs, they will be ok. As far as the pH drift goes, thats what happens when the nutes break down... totally normal. Just keep on it, and you will be fine... the nutes are designed to use that drift to go through the complete range every couple of days and allow your plants to pick up each element in its turn.

Thanks so much, we'll bump up nutes. We were worried the jump from 5.3 ph to 6.3 ph overnight and the ph trying to go back up again, put the plants into lockout
