Did I started flushing too late?

Hello growers.

Last week this girl got her last feeding and today I took a peak at her trichomes and I am seeing amber ones already starting to apear. Strange thing is that this is a Sativa dominant, with a 9 to 11 weeks floweing period which I assume it does not include the 1.5 weeks to 2 weeks of pre-flower. Currently it's been 6 weeks since the flower sites apeared and stretching slowed down and about 8 weeks since lights were swithched to 12-12. Either way I started flushing since she seems she will be ready earlier than what the breeder said it would and she naturally began to fade already so I see no point in feeding further. The question is: if I plan on doing a 2 weeks flush before harvest, wouldn't it be too late to harvest by then?

Also, please note that this is supposed to be an ~25% THC and Medium (whatever that means) CBD content. Could this "medium" CBD content be why I am getting amber trichomes this early?

No need to flush if your girls are healthy imo. 2 cents.

Ok so no flushing but the plant began to fade even before I stopped feeding nutrients (today) and still there are nutrients in the soil, today's PPM is at about 500 after only giving her plain water, by flushing I don't mean running dozens of liters through the soil, just water until harvest. This strain is a beast anyway so she will drain the nutrients fast. It shouldn't be fading yet unless that is perfectly natural at this stage. I usually feed a 7-800 ppm, last feeding was 3 days ago with bottled nutrients (more will cause a nutrient burn, happened already, since the plant is small, 55cm incl. pot height). pH is fine, about 6.5, humidity 40-50% temps never above 27 Celsius during lights on, during lights off they drop to about 19-20 so it can't be nutrient issue like a lockout or an environment issue. Because the trichomes look ready to me, pistils are all colored so the only reason I have for those leaves turning yellow is that it's all natural, as they do in the wild which means it's time to harvest these days rather then in a week or 2. What do you guys think?

I think that's about right. It's not very amber, and I think I spot some clear(?) So depending on your preferences, a few days or maybe a week would do it good... In any case you'll get some good smoke there :yummy:

That's exactly how I was thinking. I'll give her another 3-5 days and I think I will take it down. Thanks alot though and happy growing ;)
