Did I repot my plant too high?

Probably a stupid question but I am wondering if I screwed up this repot.

She went from a 5 gallon pale to a 7 gallon eco pot but the 7 gallon is a bit shorter than the 5 gallon was so she sits a bit high up in the new pot.

Is this okay? Or should I take some roots off and push her down, Or just buy a 10 gallon fabric pot.

Yeah that's exactly what I was thinking, I might be okay if I water her gently... Just not 100%

I potted mine to high as well. Found I needed to water slower than usual to allow water to drop

I'd put her in a taller pot. I think that little mountain of soil will wash off and fall down when you water, exposing the roots to light and killing them. She will for sure be happier in a taller pot.
