Did I just find wild weed?

i was at a river in north italy with my girlfriend when we were walking along the river, my very very sharp eye noticed a plant with some very familiar leaves the stem looks really weird, but the leaves completely look like those of a young weed plant! am i right in saying that it's weed?

everything tells me it is, leaves, leave development etc. but the stem is reddish. is it just a weird strain or what?

individual leaves look similar but there are not groupings of 3 or more. Maybe a cousin?

@fatbuds420 I concur with what's been said, while similar in looks, I don't believe it is wild weed. It's just a regular wild weed.
