Diagram for Growing regions

Where would I be able to find a chart or diagram that shows at what time of the year, determined by sun and climate of the region, would growing be best reccomended.

(think: the diagrams you see on the back of organic seed packets you can find at local plant nurseries.)

your talking about growing regions. it all depends on the plant, ur elevation. soil. all this will determine your grow region. iam at 7.

Another quick question, Since the sun is quite intense here in the mojave desert in the summer time, alot of plants don't last the summer unless they're native to the area. Whats the maximum ambient/ direct sunlight temperature can a hardy sativa plant take? with proper care of course.
(curious question, not saying that i'm taking part in illegal ativity )
