Defoliating in early flower in small place

Hi all!

I have a plant that is grown by bagseed. It seems like it grows hairs so it will grow buds.I have a small grow box with small space currently and thats the only way where I can finish this plant.

My question is that can I remove the bigger leaves? The bigger leaves are bending because they are constantly touching the wall of the grow box now. Also whenever I want to get the plant out of the box it is harder to get it out and put it back into the box because of the bigger leaves.I'm affraid that it is stressful for the plant.

I also flipped the ligths into 12/12 on Tuesday, two days ago.

Hi Mate - no, I wouldn't
They are the plant's kitchen; wait until you have buds before you defoliate and even then, only fans obscuring bud sites

First off, she's a happy looking little thing. 2nd, try not to take too many leaves. 3rd what about clipping half the leaf off?
I think pulling a few of the larger fan leaves will be okay. She'll grow new ones anyway

Why remove solar panels, particularly if they'll grow back anyway?
They are carb/sugar stores to feed the flowers
Am I being dim?

How about a bigger box? She’s already outgrown that one. It’s kinda like - my kid outgrew his shoes - should I take his toes off?

Are you sure you have enough fresh air getting down into the box?

Nope... fan leaves are important they have many functions. I could make a list one of the more important processes they do is Senescence, Translocation and Abscission.

These 3 and more are important to the total overall health and benefit your produce.
