After careful review of the MMMP and the subsequent changes coming on December 15th (tomorrow), is anyone else concerned about the availability to obtain medical cannabis legally? I have been told that many dispensaries will be shutting down until the end of Q1 2018. Any insight would be great, just trying to open up the discussion. I am happy us Michiganders can obtain medical marijuana however the new capitalization requirements for not only dispensaries and growers, there are substantial capitalization burdens being set on those who transport.
To me its really frustrating to see the many limits the Act is placing on the citizens. Only the fat pocket corporations are going to get into the business, as opposed to the little guy.
