Day 36 of flower

Here is a pic of one of my colas on day 36 of flowering. I use jacks bloom booster and molasses. I just got a 400 watt Schlux a few days ago and seems to be going well. I had some heat damage from the vivisun light so i sent it back and got this one. It looks like it's getting better every day now.

I was wondering if i could get some help from my community with harvesting,drying and aging. That would help me out alot. The plant i just posted a picture of had a rough start and if you would've asked me in the beginning which seedlings would not make it and it would definitely be one of them. Against all odds it made it all the way to the end stage. So any help i can get about the last two processes it would be great!
