I popped my Caramelicious FEM in cup of water.
I also popped two Mixed Sativa Seeds, so I could tell which cup was which, as I didn't have a way to label at that time.

Caramelicious finally sprouted.
On 6/13 I was abit impatient so I sacrificed the mixed sativa, by unburying her to see if she was there.
I couldn't find her at all, so I scooped up some soil in a solo cup, watered it, and then sowed another.

There she is in all her glory.

I haven't been taking pics everyday, only going to be posting weekly.
I water all my plant at first with a spray bottle on mist, and only spray enough water to be building the roots.

BOTH SATIVA SPROUTED IN THE SOLO CUP!!! O_O
I took the one out that had her shell stuck to her, as I don't have enought room to do 3 plants, let alone 2.
No photos.

Just a update photo, still not watering more than 2 times a day, and just misting, only when it's dry soil on top.

I use Cinnamon, just to keep any fungus away, as I am misting my plants.

Quick explanation, I used to have my plants on 18/6, since I first started.
Today I decided to do one 24 hour cycle, and then change back to 18/6.
I did this, because orginally the times were from 9AM to 3PM lights were off, now it'll be from 10PM-4AM.

I didn't like being awake, and not being able to check on my beauties, whenever I want.

6/28/21
2 weeks since they've broke the surface.

I have not used any nutrients yet.

Caramelicious FEM, is yellowing at the tips, I'm not 100% sure if it's overwater, or cal-mag def, because-
I'm using RO "Spring water".

Mixed Sativa is two days behind, but I'll just call it 2 weeks, I have her in a solo cup still.
She's not showing any deficiencies, so I might transplant, next week.

Any help would be greatly appreaciated. =D

I have been starting a dry/wet cycle, incase over waterage. I added 2ML Cal-Mag to my 1 Gallon Crystal Geyser water.
I'm hoping this will solve the yellowing on her Car FEMS tip, otherwise, I might just cut those tip off and just keep trucking, as there's no signs of burning or anything on the newest growth.

For watering today Car FEM didn't get direct water, instead I gave her water all around the edges of the pot, not til run off, but enough to slowly wick to the middle, and encourage my roots to branch a little further.

Mixed Sativa, got no special treatment, as she's doing good on her own, gave her water from, a spray bottle with no cal-mag, as she seems to be thriving by herself, and won't be adding anything to her, unless she needs it.

I know I said I wouldn't be posting updates everyday, only weekly.
I just had to do a update on the Car FEM, she LOVED the Cal-mag, she grew so big over night already touching the- outter edges of her pot

Plz ignore Mr. Fly, he's the only one I've seen in this tent since my first break out, I'm gonna put more cinnamon down, as that seemed to keep em away for awhile.

@Bill284 or anyone else, do you think you can advise me.
Should I cut the True Leaves as they're just being covered by the fan leaves, possibly just stealing energy, as it can't really photosynthesize under there.

Hey @Darade looking good.
I wouldn't touch any leave on her she way too small and needs all the light energy she can get. :Namaste:

I don't know when I should add nutes, but the Cotyledons are still green. Interesting enough Carmelicious Fem went from 3 fan leaves to 7 to 8.

I would also like to know when I should go ahead and top the plant, as she's already growing more fan leaves where the true leaves are.

Nvm I counted nodes and everything, I actually 'SHOULD' be good to top for mainlining, I however will be wating for the shears to come in so I can use a sterilized tool, instead of going around with normal scissors we use everyday, and then just snip em lol.

I realize I said 8 fingers, but I'm thinking it's actually more like 11, they're just so little and stacked on each other lol.

WHAT HAVE I DONE!

Are there any branches on the trained lady.
Looks like you took too much off. :Namaste:
I'm old and have bad eyes though.
Don't over do it.

The picture is hard to see for even me, so when you said I may have took too much my heart dropped. Upon closer inspection there are 2 branches with those very small leaves on em(stacked on the branches with the fan leaves), it's just they're bit a tiny so you have to look close lol.

So 4 branches all together.

I see two forming at the base of the leaves.
If anything goes wrong you will loose her.
Have you read any threads on mainlining?
Check a couple out before you do anything else.

The mainline guide I followed goes like this:

1st topping - Wait until it's at 6 nodes and top down to the 3rd node. Prune all the shoots below the 3rd node but not any leaves.

2nd topping - Wait for the new tops to develop 4 nodes and as soon as the 4th node pushes far enough out top to the 3rd node. Clean up shoots below the 3rd node but not leaves.

3rd topping - As soon as the new tops push out far enough to safely top do so and that's it.

LST can be started after the 2nd topping.

Of course there are other guides, some more aggressive with taking off leaves, but it seems to me at this point the plant could certainly use those leaves and they can always come off during defoliation when the plant is more developed.

Here's what my mainline looked like last week in the first week of flower.

I've watched a few documentaries, and other videos on youtube, before I even thought about snipping. As you can see in my new picture, the branches aren't growing through the leaves. I took the true leaves, as they were dying any ways. Left the Cotyledons, because they're obviously still providing some nutrients.

Also how in most of the information out there was wait until the 5th starts to form, and clip at 3rd.

How I was taught to count was:
0 Cotyledon
1 True Leaves
2 3 Leaf fan leaves
3 (could be less) the 7 leaf fan leaf.
etc.

Correct me if I am wrong, because I don't want to mess up any further, if I was.
