Dank, but no buzz?

I just bought a great lookin nugget from a buddy of mine. The strain is 'Affey'. It's dank, has that pungent diesel and lemon scent that affey has. This nugget looks like something straight outta hightimes magazine.. But I have hardly no buzz man, and I smoked outta my bubbler and my glass bowl! I haven't been able to find bud in the last couple days so I figured I'd have a great buzz since I haven't smoked, but no, it was a waste of money.

Anything like this ever happen to you?

yup i once also bought very good looking weed but no buzz, but i have also bought shitty looking weed with the best highs

is your buddy a real good friend of yours or is he just someone you get weed from? some people will try and pass off those "legal buds" as weed. they really do look like dank herb and smell great, but no high. call em up and ask whats up with the weed

i also tought about that but i dont think anyone would be that dumb to think it would be weed it looks like but has no close smell to it at all

Maybe it was harvested before it matured (with all clear trichs) or way past it's mature date and the THC degraded.

That's a possibility. Either that or just bad genetics.
