With the right amount of air flow you should be able to grow in those temps and moisture just fine.
The 102 is a bit high but I've had strains handle it wonderfully. Others not so much.
To control this, perhaps try opening the door to you tent or room. Let some fresh air in there or purchase an aircondiioning unit that controls moisture too.
Fans. Lots and lots of fans. I grow in a 10'x6' area and have 6 fans in that area. When I'm not running active cooling, I move a couple of the fans to exhaust air outside the grow area. When I am running the AC, I use the fans to keep the air moving around the grow room 24/7.
If you're using fans to vent outside your grow area, make sure the input is not near the output. Try to take your input air from as cool of source as possible. Fast air exchange bringing in the cooler air and exhausting the warmer air is the key.
Is your lights on period at night when the overall temps are lower?
