Damn Miracle Grow soil

I have been using miracle grow soil in the past on my plants with average results . Recently I have noticed tiny white insects in my soil they look alot like springtails. If so should I be worried about them. Anyone else ever encounter springtails please let me know

Springtails are fine, they eat detritus and microbes, not plants

Let your soil dry out more between watering to reduce their numbers, they thrive in a moist environment.
