Cutting plant?

These ladies are almost a month old, I've seen people cut, top and prune some leaves off their plant and was curious if I should do it. This is my first grow so I don't have a good understanding of where to cut and what the benefits are. These are very bushy so I'm assuming I should thin it out some. Any help is much appreciated 🙏

I would top them and cut off the the larger fan leaves covering shoots
Just pinch out the tiniest middle tip [RED], not the whole top
You'll get 6-8 decent colas

you're looking very very good there

most first time grows i recommend are left alone. it's good to have a little experience and a few full jars before messing about with new stuff and techniques.

First grow-just try to get to the finish. No topping or leaf removal. I would raise your lights 6-8 inches though. The nodes are a bit tight.
People telling you to remove leaves to allow light are wrong. I always say the sweetest apple or tomato is found under the leaves.
you feed the dirt (medium)
the medium feeds the roots
the roots feed the leaves
the leaves feed the buds
