I was thinking I could cut a circle of panda film the size of my pots and cut a radial slit to get it around the plant. It seems at first thought that this would reflect some light up at the plant, and possibly slow the evaporation of water. Is there a reason people don't do this? It seems fairly basic... more light=more growth... so there must be a reason people aren't doing this. It occurred to me that it may promote mold growth, but I can't think of any other reason, and that one's just a guess.
