Couple Things ... hanging leaves and mira grow soil

Is it good to use mira-grow and other soil base nutrients as a starter for baby plants? ....

and on one of my baby plants, the bottom two leaves are not spread totally, their leaves are kinda hanging down as oppose to being nice and stretched out like a "T" formation with the stem, it is making an "M" formation
with the stem. What is the cause of that? its other leaves of the same plant are nice and stretch tho, only the bottom sets are hanging.

If you're talking about the cotyledons, yeah they curl naturally.
