Concentrates?

I've been looking over the forum back and forth, but can't seem to find a concentrates forum or topic ?

Where is the proper place to post about QWISO, VG or ethanol tinctures and the like ?

No where here....the process can be highly dangerous and as a community it was decided long ago to not promote such info.

VG tincture is completely without danger. No flammables involved, no proces that requires more dangerous things then boiling water.

For other extractions, I can understand the sentiment, and will gladly comply to the rules. Given danger as the argument, VG tincture extracts can be talked about ?
