compost tea

I have a 15 gallon tote full of table scraps made up of banana peels, oranges and peels, potatoes and peels, carrots and peels, watermelon rine, strawberries, bread, onion, peppers, rice and beans, chicken and fat trimmings, weed leaves, stems, pork, beef, milk, dead worms etc. What can I do with this rotted food waste? Can I make a tea with it? Can I add it directly to my soil? I hope I can use it I've been saving it all winter. Got any recipes?

Also, it should be noted that you shouldn't just add the material you mentioned straight to soil, or make tea from it as it is. It first needs to be composted, broken down by bacteria to a useful form. This can take quite awhile. I'm not sure what your conditions are, but it sounds like it is just a bunch of compostable material sitting in a bin. Also Antics is right, there shouldn't be any meat products in compost.
