Pueblo County has taken its time with new regulations on private growers of medical marijuana, but it appears that a vote may finally be coming.
Last week, Commissioners Sal Pace and Terry Hart reviewed another draft of the proposed land use rules for medical marijuana caregivers and, after giving a little more feedback, essentially said it's time to bring the measure back for a vote.
The regulations are scheduled to come back to the commissioners Wednesday.
The measure aims to provide some form of regulation over the caregivers, who are allowed to grow marijuana for medical marijuana patients under state law.
